Exclamation Controlling Your Anger

I think this story about a dog being drowned is disgusting

Fear of deadly rage over yapping keeps dog owners awake at night

What makes it even worse is the horrible comments in the article which say people understand how this can happen!

While I agree barking dogs can be insanely annoying, I don't think there is any excuse for doing this. It scares me how many people think there is. I think cruelty to animals is disgusting and completely unacceptable, and there is no excuse for it. These kind of stories move me to tears and I would not be able to read it, or the comments from sickos, without feeling physically ill.

I really really wish there were much harsher penalties for this kind of depraved, sick behaviour, as cruelty to animals is not ok, ever.

Nobody wants to see a dog get kidnapped and killed by someone who has lost the plot. However, perhaps those situations wouldn't arise if the owner would get a muzzle for the dog at night, or a choke anti-bark collar that I have seen some dog owners use.
