Exclamation Poker Stars / Full Tilt Shut Down

Online Poker's Big Three Indicted (UPDATED 9:52 p.m. PDT) | PokerNews

I have heard that the balances are frozen for Australian players as well, until this is all sorted out (which will probably mean indefinitely). Poker is a game for degenerates in any event. And that's coming from someone who used to enjoy the game and play regularly and often. I was quite good too, usually winning money.

But, eventually, the stench of gambling began to infect me, and so I gave up poker years ago.

Many chess players, however, haven't - due to the game's similarities with chess, it is not uncommon for chess players to also be poker players.

Not the first taxpayer to have an argument with the taxing authority about the legality and status of revenue sources, of course.
And who usually wins?
