I thought it was due to pollution, are you getting at flouride or clorine - some infertile chemical put in the water supply of Palestine I would blame Israel for. Pharmaceutical drugs come out of your piss which gets reused as drinking water downstream. Pharmaceutical testing is not mandated and where it is mandated the testing covers such a small range of drugs and is so costly very few are able to perform it with any accuracy.
