Hi from Rockhampton, Queensland.

After talking to a friend last night we somehow got onto the subject of chess, as he is a keen player. I remembered fondly to almost 17 years ago when I really loved the games as a kid. I have decided to rekindle my interest.

I would consider myself a very poor player, I knwo the rules but know little to no theory so I will eb slowly building my knowledge base up.

I passed through Rocky a few times when I used to live in Townsville. In fact, I could even detect a Rockhampton accent on some Rocky natives - seriously.
