Well, if your lessons aren't free, is the cost correlated to the improvement in rating?

If I was 5 years....10 years....ok, maybe 20 years younger I would definitely go for this

when one has no real rating one dose not not care for them .

You know, its funny. I have heard people who start training with a coach, their ratings usually go down for a while before coming back up.
