Heartbreak Kid's ACF Rating!
Hey Heartbreak Kid, I don't get it. You said you won all your games and your rating went down? Is that correct?

Yeah, I started the tournament with a rating of 1380. I had a 7/7 score at the end, and now it's 1275.

See Welcome to Chess Kids | Chess Kids although you may need to register to get access. If it is a Chess Kids rating, then it is based on different data (events) and different formula that the ACF (Australian Chess Federation) quarterly ratings that were released last night. Can you give us more information on what the Brimbank event was. Perhaps this was not ACF rated either. |

Unfortunately it does make it difficult to answer your original question because the anomaly is rather stark. Given that Chess Kids has offered all Victorian Clubs to run a free ratings service next year, it is to be hoped that they read here and given an explanation. |
