Well Mr Fell did when someone violated touch move rule against him and myself as witness was not believed by your mate Nick Kordahi as arbiter. And frankly apeaking I don't blame him for doing so coz the touch occurred for about 20 secs - and Lloyd was the last person someone should try that against coz he is always whinging about players breaking rules.
