Default My game against Tony Davis

We both came equal first for Club Championship ! with 6/7 this year .

This was hard fought draw for 70 moves ! l'll just add l was in time trouble with sec's remaining knowing
that l had winning chances .It was safest option in taking the draw !

Any particular reason you took the draw? If you can get Nd5 and Rc7 or Ra7 in, you just look better.

edit: Oh my bad, didn't see that you had left out moves.

Congratulations on another successful club championship!

I am not sure black should have returned the pawn in the opening or sack another one in the middle game - even though the compensation is sufficient.

On move 36 I'd exchange knights and leave white with the bishop. Black queen and knight can create a deadly attack, white bishop is wuite useless because:
a. Most of the pawns on the dark squares
b. All pawns on the same side.

Endgame was promising for black, I like Tony's raid after f7 pawn.
