The Caro-Kann Defence is a common defense against the King's Pawn Opening.I used to meet the Caro-Kann with the Panov Attack, but now prefer the Short Attack instead. There has been a lot of interest of late in the Caro-Kann Fantasy Variation.I like the Exchange, and if they play anti caro-khan i like to play anti anti or the Caro-Kann, Panov-Botvinnik attack.

Yeah, but the Panov-Botvinnik attack has been refuted. I'm surprised you haven't lost a tournament game yet if you really do use this outdated variation.

Refuted is a bit strong, but it's not seen as dangerous as it used to be.
White can still get a small, but comfortable plus.
As for 3.f3, it's played occasionally, but not very dangerous. IIRC, the main line is something like 3.f3 de4 4.fe4 e5 5.Nf3 Be6. Black has to be carefull, though, I lost a game about twenty years ago
If black plays 3...Nf6, white can sack the pawn 4.Be3 de4 5.Nd2 ef3 6.Ngxf3 with surprisingly strong initiative.

So in your final analysis, do you recommend white play the Panov attack or not?

It's up to you, I can't recommend pro or against.

You can sign up for lessons
It depends on your strength, playing style, opening knowledge, etc.
