SAJCL wants to host the Australian Junior Championships not only in 2009 but the 2010 as well. Two, consecutively!! Do you think that that super application will be processed by the ACF or the new AJCL.

I should have been more explicit and explanatory with my question. The SAJCL has the right to hold the 2010 Australian Junior. Now although they have indicated they wish to exercise their right to hold the 2010 Australian Junior they also stated that a final decision would not be made by them until after their holding of the 2009 Australian Junior. As such I consider it more of a possibility as a opposed to a definite. |

However, my question was and still is, which body will make the decision on who holds the 2010 AJChamps? ACF or AFCL?

NSW were scheduled to hold the junior in 2009. NSW did not exercise its option to hold it. SA therefore bid and were awarded it by the ACF. SA are scheduled to hold the junior in 2010. They have advised the ACF they intend to exercise their option to hold it. The ACF has already noted that SA have advised they have exercised their option to hold the 2010 Junior. |

![]() Would have thought the number of states chosing to not hold it at "their turn" might have actually awoken a few people to think maybe the system doesn't work and it was about time to fix it. Oops , forgot...can't do anything sensible, that would be out of character.. |

However, in the case of junior chess in Australia, who knows what the ACF will rule - and they will rule. The ACF has the AJCL gonads in a vice and a 1200W power drill attached to the handle. In fact, the AJCL has been totally silenced by the ACF. The ACF will continue to say when and where the Australian Junior Championships will be held. It will even let Mt Buller types monopolise the Championships to a minor desert capital, at the expense of the future of chess in major population centres on the east coast.

I'm sure that, with proper preparation, CV can put on a good show and I hope that they will. DJ Are these declarations now non-operative?

This is the same gezzer who is responsible for drafting the new AJCL constitution by plagiarising the ACF constitution thus insuring that the Mini-Me-ACF clone will be as and inept as the ACF.

.
Even if you wanted to you could not because the ACF is aSCRETE SOCIETY of power trippers and control freaks. I think it may be time to get Jenny Oliver to spill the beans on the current level of our hoodwinkedness. .
