hi AO
There are two posts here, at the very end of the thread, that do not have post numbers. The last 'numbered' post in the thread is #92. I discovered this anomaly when I noticed that my post made 11.20pm 13/7/9 had not appeared in the Home page forum display of Ozchess. A possible cause of the numbering anomaly is some possible action by Matt to close that particular thread. I would be interested to know if others can see two posts subsequent to post #92. MOZ*

I have just posted a test post to that thread which shows as post #93. I suspect the two unnumbered posts that you see after #92 will now appear before my test post #93. I suspect that the reason you can see those two unnumbered posts is because you have admin powers on this board. Try looking at the thread using your hydra account and you should not be able to see them. |

However now when I check the thread there are 3 MOZ posts (#93, #94 & #95) following Iconoclasts #92 post and my test post is now #96. Weird. |

It is somewhat consistent with what I reported last night. I agree, weird and perplexing.

Perhaps the posts somehow got placed in the moderation queue?

I speculated earlier that Matt may have invoked something of that type. I know he was weary of the prolonged allegation that a Boris' post had gone missing, when all the research by Frosty showed no evidence in the LOG. Matt may have wanted to lock the thread, and instead simply shunted new posts to a moderation queue; which now appears unblocked.

Also with regards placing posts in the moderation queue I believe you can only do that at the forum level and not the thread level. |

Actually many posts were placed in the queue as a result of my agreement with Kar-thick.

Maybe we can do a swap of prisoners like Israel and Palestine does. You let Bill in and they let me in. Then Bill and I can shake hands, embrace and peck on cheek at the boarder when passing each other. I will give him some tabouli and decent baklava, the original best Lebo ones, not that sloppy Greek stuff, and he can hand over some Turkish delite, not the cheap stuff but.
If the IRA and proddos can exchange prisoners why can't we. |

Boys at CC, don't worry I am not intro hydras so you can relax. Sorry I did not realise/appreciate there a lot of juniors at CC now. As that is the case you should follow AO's move and get anti-spam stuff in or better filters.
See you in a few weeks. |
