Default Broken Mate in 3 #3

Hmmmm, still remember that title? As usual, many White's giant pieces vs single Blacks's poor defender. White to move and mate in 3. But it is easier one. Hope you will solve in 5 mins, not in hours.

Black : Ka1, Ba2
White : Kg4, Qd8, Qe8 .... etc

How can the King go to b2 if there is a rook on b4?

1.Qh4 Bb3
2.Qe1+ Kb2!

What about this Brokenwall:

1. Qh4 Bb3
2. Qf2!

Now the bishop can go anywhere, and White has a forced mate either on a2 or b2, and the King cannot go to b2 anymore :Guess What:

Yeaah..

1.Qh4 Bb3
2.Qf2 Bc2!
3.??
If White try to check through 1st row, then 3...Bb1. and if check through column A then 3...Ba4. No mate here.

I think it is a easier puzzle than Broken #2

I put this game up (below) using the pgn viewer so that people can move the pieces to help solve this mystery!
