Default Broken Mate in 3 #1

Hello people, here is Indo's street chess puzzle. I dont know who made it, but u will find it easily in Indo's street.

White moves first and win in 3 moves

Ha ha ha, no clues. You have 1 queen, 3 rooks, 3 bishops, 3 knights, all vs 1 rook. Are they not enough?

I got it,

1.Nc4 Re2

(1...Ra1 2.Nfd6 Ra7 3.Qd8#)

2.Bd7!! with mate next move

Excellent Mr.Matheson, u re 100% right, but btw i mean Black King is in h1 not in a8, so we must reverse the notation. 1.Nf5 Rd7 2.Be2!!
