If the pawns were going the other way, then Kc3 b1Q Nc2 Qxc2 Kxc2 is also mate in 3

And I've seen the second one before. I remember there are two solutions starting with Kd2 I think..

Looks very indonesian (White's huge army vs. Black's nimble bishop). This time I believe Black can draw. Adding a black pawn on g7, it is still a draw - this time white is forced to save himself...

I recommend a6 allowing the White King to escape!
