Question Promotion to Bishop or Rook

Can anyone think of a position where promoting to a Queen loses, but promoting to a Bishop or Rook wins? Any studies on this theme? I was at work and my mind was wandering, and I asked myself this question.

I doubt it's possible. The only value of bishop/rook under promotion is to avoid a stalemate.

White: King on g1, Pawn on f7

Black: King on h8, Pawn on h6, Pawn on g7, Rook on e8

Promoting to a queen with f8=Q loses, but promoting to a rook with fxe8=R wins.

We are talking about the promotion on the same move and the same square.
