1. Nfe8 Be7 2. Nxe7 Kxh7 3. Rh3#

Without the hint for AO I would not have been able to find the solution.

Well done, good job guys.

Below are another variations.
a)1...Bxd6 2.Re4+ Be5 3.Bxe5#
b)1...Bg7 2.Qd3 any 3.Nf7#
c)1...Bh6 2.Rh3 Bd2+ 3.Rxd (or 3.Nf7# if didnt check)
