Indo sidewalk puzzle #7

OK, here is puzzle #7. I found it at night bazaar in a small town in Central Java a week ago and of course I won the prize, 2 pack of cigarettes .

As usual, white to move and mate in 3 moves.

Black : Kh8, Bf8
White : Ke1, Qd1, Qa2 etc

Good luck!

You wouldn't happen to have the FEN string for this puzzle, would you?

Nice try AO, but what after 'traditional' 2...Kg7??
Certainly the half-battery on long diagonal is useful in some variations.

Go ahead AO. We are anxious to know.
There is 2...Kxh7 and 2...Bh4+ to consider.

Hint: 1.Nh5? Be7! does not solve the problem.
Another hint: To all 4 black bishop defense moves after the key, white has different continuation move(s) with a different piece.

That's interesting. Okay I won't give up yet, but may need another day or so.
