No, I lost my Leningrad book and after that my super strength with that opening was not so super anymore. Nice games Jaydon. I played a 10 round slugfest with some New Yorker on ICC yesterday, won 4, lost 6, drew 1 (4-6-1), but it was 5-0-1 for him at one point. So, to turn his 5-0-1 into a 6-4-1 is not a bad effort!

After the series he said my sacs were 'ridiculous' and easily refuted, despite the fact they worked in most of the later games in the series!

As soon as I played the rook capture, I saw the fork and that was the end of my awesome combination of moves >_<

Hey guys, I've been playing pretty well in the "5-minute" rating pool on ICC and here's an interesting game I played today which ended in a perpetual.

I'm white 1740
and they're black 1834

was a 5 minute game played on ICC

Where you Black or White Jaydon? I am also fond of the Alapin in response to the Sicilian.

Yeah sorry about that, I edited it appropriately

Yeah I'm not overly fond of the scandanavian so I thought I'd try something new.

Well if all goes according to plan then the series match between myself and HBK should begin tonight, all the games will be viewable in the championship thread.
