Dear club members,

The program will consist of;
- openings
- middle game
- endgame
- combinations
- traps
- gambits
- tournament preparations
- exclusive interviews
- experience exchange after the games
If anyone would like to participate in the presentation and share their own experience, please let us know.

Please let me know by email if anyone would be interested to spend a Saturday or Sundays sizzling sausages in the front of Bunnings House Warehouse. Please email me to: doors113@bigpond.com

Officially we would like to welcome our new members, who are very strong club players Mrs Christina Patersen and Bruce Cameron and junior Zac Burke.

See you next week.

October 1st rapid tournament:
The Winner: Alex Stahnke 1862 as undefeated.

A couple of interesting postions arose during the games;

Alex vs Daniel
- black moves, Daniel lost the game in an endgame with knight + 5 pawns- (Alex with white pieces) vs a rook + 4 pawns (Daniel with black pieces);

and

Lachlan vs Alex:
(white moves - Lachlan made the wrong move and lost a piece):
