Tornelo is great.See 2011 Kings of chess championship:

with TORNELO

From the part that ratings are old and some players are missing, the program is easy to use.

I notice that you are using both Swiss Manager with results going to the FIDE web site and TOURNELO.

Are there reasons that you are using both programs?

How are you generating pairings?

Code:
We started with Swiss manager but I saw that the CHESS GURU
 is offering
a new software and the name was so impressive
that I could not avoid TESTING the TORNELO.
How are you generating pairings?
Code:
I have used Swiss manager at first to produce pairings.
Swissmanager works the same way as Swiss perfect.
Only Swissmanager is easier and much better for publishing the results on the net.
The problem with TORNELO is that ratings are not updated and therefore
I had to generate parings manualy for the round 1.
I think everything will be OK when TORNELO uploads the new March ratings.

Let me know if this answer was sufficient
.
