If you're in Adelaide over Christmas consider entering the Lidums Australian Allegro Championship in scenic Glenelg.

Seven rounds, Swiss draw
Rate of play: 15 minutes per person per game
$15 before 11pm Friday 21st December ($20 afterwards. Entries close 11:30pm Wednesday 26th December)
Round times: 12:00am, 12:45pm, 1:30pm, 2:15pm, 3:00pm, 3:45pm, 4:30pm
First prize: $600, Second prize: $300, Third prize: $100,
Three rating prizes + Unrated prize + Women's prize + Veteran's prize ($60 each)
Four junior prizes ($60 vouchers for chess books and coaching)
