hmm, I will do my very best to play in this.

The State Champs should be the flagship event in any state and I've tried to support this over the few years I've been in Australia. I congratulate the CV committee for attracting the sponsors, and in the new schedule which seems to make a lot more sense than the previous schedules

Tomorrow, Friday 2 October 8pm is the closing date for entries into the Lexus-sponsored Victorian Championship and Reserves.

Arbiters are invited to give 'expressions of availability' to private mail me at this bulletin board. Three venues are involved (see post#1 in this thread); Melbourne CC, Elwood CC, Box Hill CC). Arbiters can express preferences to be involved in a subset of venues and/or dates.

Good morning Trevor,
After a few hours of telephone and e-mail diplomacy(yesterday night) we will have Reserves tournament!
At the moment I do have nine entries and still waiting to hear from a few more potential candidates.
Hopefully after our(together with Katrin) trip to Croydon we will be able to release full fields and pairings for the events.
