I missed Round 1 games in my post #96 but I couldn't edit the post to add those games in. Here's a re-post with all the available games from Boards 1 and 2.

For some of us who are fairly new to the Victorian chess scene, what happened in the 1990s?

Also, it's interesting to not see West and Johansen in the list.

A good question.
It would be a step to due recognition of efforts by various U18 winners for someone to post some information on the gaps in the above honour roll. Or, even to point where we could search.
