Greetings,
I wish Brian well with his endeavors. Having One dgt board in each of the developing zones would be a good step. I would like to see developing admins in each zone provided with cheap and reliable internet connections/computers. Communication difficulties would be the biggest issue faced so its important to get those dialogue channels open. cheers,
