A recruitment drive now?
Geez. I was thinking that the time might be cherry ripe to send a (another) batch of emails to all and sundry to remind the Australian chess community that there is a bulletin board that is bully-free and a bit of fun. Are there any objections? (or suggestions.)

The most recent stats given by Bill Gletsos show that OzChess has grown and Chess Chat has shrunk. Chess Chat offers endless discussions by the usual suspects on whether God Exists (this discussion making up most of their Non-Chess Postings), power tripping mods who have never been legitmately elected (cf. Mugabee who was at least legitimately elected the first time he won), and limited functionality (ie. Needing to pay to use invisable mode, ugly pgn chess viewer, limited Edit and Quick Post toolbars, slower site speed than OzChess, etc.)

OzChess is great.
This site is honest and does not have a coward’s corner. To be on coward’s corner (on the other site) one must have 200 posts. Some people have hidden behind that site to rubbish good people and their mob thinks that is fine. It just tells you what jerks they are.
