I call for submissions detailing ideas for the proposed formation of an independent board to hear and adjudicate on matters pertaining to grievances/bannings held against the acf front forum , chesschat .

I think it only has a chance of working if all the submissions to an appeal are lodged (posted) in a dedicated thread on Ozchess.
I would anticipate that as well as well-thought-out scripted briefs, there would be interjections and explanations as the appeal proceeds.
We should disallow remote testimony from Barwon Heads maximum security prison.

This a necessary but not a sufficient condition for success btw.

But you must think of the psychological well-being of your torturers - like an S & M session it does both participants good.

Whom would these poor sods have to boss and bully if not you guys?? Do they have women or same sex partners they can take it out on? Not very likely coz we know that they are watching us all day and all of the night - you just can't leave them cold turkey!

We do, and most people on both forums do. But there are still the admins there who come here and flame members here trying to perpetuate the conflict.

Actually Axiom was not site banned for using red in posts but was only shoutbox banned for using red in the shoutbox after being asked to desist.

His permanent ban was for hacking into and posting using other peoples accounts.
