This article below is a warning where there's once again more than meets the eye.
"National Security" is the closer of closers to any argument now. It's just as fascist as you can get. No way you can counter it, in the socially broadcast psychology of the moment, or even legally. And to keep that technique working in high gear, you need a perceived "outside threat" to get the populace to agree to giving up their inherent freedoms in the name of "national security".
In addition, the clampdown needs to come down on those involved at the many inside levels needed to bring these operations to pass. As we all know, the truth you don't have to remember, it's the lies that need reinforcing. Therefore the "staff" needs a reminder now and then. This one is very public, and for a reason. The "defense" and "intelligence" establishment is massive and they needed a memo in a hurry.

CIA director tells workforce to stop talking about bin Laden raid — or face legal action
WASHINGTON — CIA director Leon Panetta is warning his employees that leakers will be investigated and possibly prosecuted after a flurry of reports in the media about the technology and methods used to track and ultimately kill Osama bin Laden.
In a memo obtained by The Associated Press, Panetta told staff Wednesday that the disclosure of classified information to anyone not cleared for it — reporters, friends, colleagues in other agencies or former CIA officers — can endanger lives. (Source)

We Know Squat - 60 Million Docs a Year "Classified"!
The American system since the Constitution kicked in is extremely unique in world history. However, the freedoms so boldly and idealistically framed in our early documents have been eroded so consistently and insidiously, there's hardly anywhere for any American to stand to protect their personal liberty.
One such technique consistently employed by the "secret government", an apt although seemingly off-the-wall sounding label due to media stigmatization, is the "national security" or "classified" excuse. The quantity of documents and information kept secret as "classified" or as "national security" documents would make your mind swirl. One researcher put the number of "classified derivative documents" at 55 million, or 560 million pages of documents, in 2009 alone!

How big is the trove of US data that we’re not supposed to see? Sorry, that’s classified. But we can produce an educated guess using numbers from the US Information Security Oversight Office.
Last year, the US government made 183,244 original classification decisions, according to the ISOO annual report. That doesn’t sound like a lot, considering what WikiLeaks has. But here’s the kicker – the government also classifies stuff that refers to or discusses or uses parts of original classified information. They call this “derivative classification.” How many derivative classification actions did the United States take in 2009? Oh, only about 55 million.
Plus, each classification action or decision typically involves about 10 pages of stuff, according to experts. Do the math – the US is producing some 560 million pages of classified information a year. Source

The Straight-forward but true. We've been here awhile. Each of us as individuals needs to choose..lay down and take it, or take action. It's that simple. Each of us has a unique opportunity in our individual sector of the cosmos and those we influence. We can activate and talk to others and be responsive to the truths we're learning...or we can just observe.
