I guess in a way this is more of a vote of confidence, as opposed to a vote to change moderators. But that said, a vote to change government always comes after a vote of no confidence is passed. Likewise here. Thankfully everyone likes our moderators, including Bill Gletsos who has often been sparred a sure fire ban if my hands had been on the button.

Our moderators are so independent in fact, that I was once banned for 24 hours by Jaydon. I didn't have a problem with that, of course, because I was out of line. But it goes to show our moderators are fearless, patient, independent (not even answerable to myself), and most importantly - elected!

This transparency and accountability to the general membership is one of OzChess' key principles and hallmarks. We take great pride in that.
