Well these are repertoire books, so i assume they would probably be for people over 1900 ELO, so i hope that answers ur question!

Um, no i don't THINK they have been autographed by a grandmaster in pen form, but they are certainly decent books. They are: 'Play the Nimzo-Indian' by IM Edward Dearing (2005, Everyman Chess) and 'The Queen's Gambit Declined' by IM James Rizzitano (2007, Gambit Publications). So, yea i hope that answers everything!
