If ICC were to the win this supposed poll, it would lose quite a few people who aren't willing to pay or who have lost their free trials, Everyone can make a FICS account. We should go with FICS that way everyone can participate. 
We have some influence with ICC and can possibly get free 2 week accounts for this event.
