It doesn't seem to be the strategy of anyone so far, there are no top rapid lists on the ACF page that I can see. I think we've discussed this in another thread, that the ACF might want to consider a more organised plan for a national rapid rating system but to do so the states would have to take steps toward phasing out their own junior ratings systems.
Still, it all seems rather ironic for MOZ to take such an interest in rapid ratings.
