Let us leave 9/11 aside. Now, what giant holes are there in the London bombings that you say you have a mountain of evidence to show? Here is a quote for you my friend "Idle hands do the devils work". I think you might be correct in claiming that the spending on counter terrorism might be disproportionate to the threat itself, but that does not mean there is a complete absence of the threat altogether.
