The below is an example of the above game in pure pgn format (up to move 28 because I was lazy), and opened/ displayed using Notepad. I have attached this game using the Attach Files feature so the game will display in the chess viewer.
Notice how annotation is done! Many programs such as ICC's Blitzin, Winboard, and others allow a person to add annotation to their games. Adding brackets between the { and } brackets is a really bad idea. 
Also notice that 3 unecessary tags have been removed (ie. PlyCount, Event Date, etc).
